Passion x 2 “I’ve got a friend who wants to meet you.” Those were the words of a friend of mine that changed my life forever. The next day I met Alan. The love and joy I would have missed out on if I had ignored his invitation to meet this friend! Maybe you’re feeling all alone, like no one cares. Maybe you’re haunted by past mistakes. You don’t love yourself and can’t see how anyone else can love you. You exist on auto pilot from day by day weighted down with burdens too heavy to bear. If so my friend, I’ve got a friend who wants to meet you. His name is Jesus. He loves you so much he spread his arms wide and
allowed them to be nailed
Dear God, I know I’m a sinner. I believe Jesus died for me. Forgive me of my sins and come into my heart to live. I accept your offer of eternal life. Thank you for forgiving me of my sins and for my new life. From this day forward, I choose to follow you.
For those who have already accepted Christ, how do you share your love for him? We are all created with different talents and abilities. He has given you a passion for something. Something you love to do more than anything else. He’s given it to you for a reason. He wants you to use it to build his kingdom, to bring glory to him. I encourage you to find a way to use your passion to serve him. You will be blessed! |
